Install the WooCommerce plugin and approve the connection from your own admin. About a minute, no code, no developer. The access is read-only by default and you can revoke it at any time.
We structure your catalog
Products, variants, prices and stock are normalized into the formats AI shopping reads: catalog files for channels like ChatGPT Shopping, and a live endpoint where agents check current prices and stock. Your store stays the source of truth.
Orders show up in your back office
Orders placed through AI agents arrive in your WooCommerce admin like any other order. Your customer, your data. On some channels, agents can also complete checkout inside the app, depending on each channel's program.

Download the Lutecia plugin (.zip). It will also be available from the WordPress plugin directory.
Install it in WordPress
In your admin: Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin. Choose the file, install, activate.
Connect
Open the Lutecia screen under WooCommerce and click Connect my store. Your catalog syncs in under a minute.

- Agentic commerce
- The industry term for shopping done through AI assistants. Instead of browsing a store, a shopper asks an assistant; the assistant searches product catalogs, compares, and, where the store allows it, places an order. Google, OpenAI and Microsoft each run their own version of it.

Frequently asked questions
ChatGPT already crawls my site. Why would I need this?
There are three layers. Crawling makes you exist: a bot read your pages once, and you control neither what it kept nor whether the price is current. A product feed makes your data accurate: you push it yourself, which OpenAI says gives better control and fresher information, with updates as often as every 15 minutes. A live connection makes you orderable: an agent can check stock at that moment and place an order. Lutecia maintains the last two for you.
What do I have to do, concretely?
Install the WooCommerce plugin and click connect once. The plugin creates a catalog access key and registers your store; from there, synchronization, formats and protocol updates happen on our side. No migration, no store changes, no catalog to copy anywhere. WooCommerce is the only supported platform today.
What access do you take in my store?
A read-only key on your catalog: we only read your products. The key switches to write access only if you explicitly enable order creation by agents, since an order then has to be created in your store. Credentials are stored encrypted, and disconnecting from your admin screen deactivates the account and the key.
Do I lose my customer relationship or my data?
No. When an agent orders through us, you remain the merchant of record: your customer relationships, your data and your terms of sale stay yours, exactly as on your own site. Orders placed by agents arrive in your WooCommerce admin like any other order.
Can shoppers already buy through AI assistants?
Not everywhere yet. Each consumer channel admits merchants through its own application, and that decision belongs to the platform, not to us. What connecting does today: AI agents can already query your catalog on a live endpoint, and it is kept converted and validated in each channel's required format, so an accepted application can go live without extra work. Some channels also offer checkout inside the conversation; access to that depends on each channel's own program and requirements.
What does it cost?
Nothing today: the service is free while we work with our first merchants. Prices will be set after that and announced in advance.
What if a channel changes its requirements?
They already do: the channels' formats and requirements changed several times in 2026. That churn is the work we absorb: format updates happen once on our servers, and the plugin on your store never needs an update for them.
